Placing an Order

The first step is to simply create an account or login if you are an existing customer.

Place your order using our convenient shopping cart. Once your order has been completed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and purchase summary.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order details and any applicable shipment tracking information.

Secure Shopping

Grill Performance partners with Authorize.Net, the leading payment gateway since 1996, to provide safe, secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

  • 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
  • Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
  • Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.
  • http://grillperformance.com is registered with the Authorize.Net Verified Merchant Seal program.

Major Credit Cards Accepted

We currently accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.

Credit Card Security

We encrypt all of your personal information including your credit card number when it is sent over the internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode an unbroken key or lock icon will appear at the bottom right corner of the window. If for some reason, you do not see these symbols please check, the URL link that should read "https" which indicates that the transaction is secure.

Sales Tax

California state customers will be charged CA state sales tax on the full amount of the order and shipping.

Back Orders

Periodically, due to the overwhelming popularity of certain products, an item may be placed on backorder status. If your order includes an item that has been placed on backorder you will promptly be notified by a customer service specialist about your order status.

Shipping and Handling

We make every effort to ship all orders as quickly as possible and most are shipped within 48 hours. You will receive an order confirmation email, and separate shipping confirmation email which contains your order details with any applicable shipment tracking information.

Please note that gmail.com, hotmail.com and other anonymous email accounts tend to block our shipping emails. We recommend you login to your Grill Performance account to check your order status before contacting us about your order.

International Shipping

We currently do not accept international orders.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed which is why Grill Performance offers a 30 day return policy. Proof of purchased is required. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All refunds will be issued in the same method of the original payment, no exceptions. Special order items and all returned merchandise may incur a 15% restocking should they not meet the following conditions.

  • All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition
  • All items must be free of scratches and have no bent tabs if applicable
  • All products must not have been installed or exposed to heat
  • All items should be returned in their original packaging
